Products may run out of stock during the season. If the color or size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock. You can also contact a Retailer near you and check if they still have this item in stock. Our retailers are listed in our Store Finder here.
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes after you’ve placed your order; this includes changing the size/color of an item, removing an item or changing the delivery address. You do have the right to cancel the complete order or return items that are not wanted. However, as we try to proceed your order as fast as possible, it might be shipped already. We refund canceled orders excluding return shipping costs. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department
We accept all returns within 30 days, starting from the day you received your order. Returned items must be in their original condition including the packaging, tags, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. We strongly advice to return you items using a track and trace code. If your item gets lost without a track and trach code , BICKLEY + MITCHELL cannot refund your items. Return costs are not covered .

You should inspect the items for faults as soon as you receive them. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any received items are defective or damaged. You can reach us via our customer service email. Please make sure to attach a clear picture of the item that shows the defect or damage to your email.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
